Every website service in the catalog is fixed price, derived from the hours the work most likely takes at a flat rate — no time-tracking and no hourly meter. The fixed price covers a stated scope and deliverable agreed before we start, a designer and front-end developer with 10+ years average experience using a build-and-review workflow refined since 2003, delivery within the stated clock counted in weekday hours, and the finished, deployed work in your format — a live URL, Figma files, or code in your stack. Each service page lists exactly what's included, the price, and the delivery clock before you commit.

Question 2

How do revisions and scope work?

Accepted Answer

The price is fixed against a stated deliverable, not against a fixed number of revision rounds. We iterate on the agreed scope until the delivered work matches it. Revisions within the agreed scope are included, hours overruns are ours to absorb, and the only thing that changes the price is you changing the scope — a new page, a different layout, or a fresh direction. A change of direction mid-way is a change of scope, quoted before we act on it.

What if I need more than a landing page?

The catalog scales from a single section up to a full multi-page site. The Hero Section Rocket rebuilds one section, the Landing Page ships a conversion-focused page wired to your CRM, and the Marketing Site delivers five pages on a modern stack with a headless CMS. For ongoing work, use a monthly subscription or the part-time Lead Designer plan. If your build is genuinely bigger than the catalog — a custom web application or a full brand identity — tell us and we will scope it. The fixed-price model still applies wherever the work can be defined up front.

How does the delivery clock work?

Accepted Answer

Every service's delivery clock is counted in weekday business hours, excluding nights and weekends, so a job quoted at 'within 30 weekday hours' means 30 working hours from when we start, not 30 hours after you submit at midnight. Our team works a morning shift (6am-2pm IST, best for US West Coast, Asia, Australia, New Zealand) or an evening shift (2pm-10pm IST, best for UK, US Eastern, Europe, Africa, Middle East). Need it faster? Express delivery is available on any service.

How does express delivery work?

Express is available on any service and compresses the standard clock by roughly 40% for +25% on the price. The standard clock is the most-likely hours times five in weekday hours; express is the same hours times three, at a 25% premium. Same designers, same workflow, moved to the front of the queue. We generally don't run night shifts (10pm-6am IST), so an overnight rush is best handled with express on the next available shift.

What happens if you miss the deadline?

If a one-off task isn't completed by its delivery deadline, the task is free — and that means the whole task, not just the express premium. Our promise has a price, and we're the ones who pay it. Two conditions keep the promise honest, and they're part of the deal: the delivery clock only runs while we have the access, inputs and approvals we need — it pauses while we're waiting on you and restarts when we're unblocked; and a change of scope re-quotes the task and restarts its clock, since it's effectively a new task. "Completed" means the service's published "What's included" is delivered. The guarantee covers one-off catalog tasks. The monthly subscription, the part-time Lead plan and per-day bookings are excluded — there's no single deadline to miss.

The Lead Designer plan is a part-time dedicated Lead Web Designer with 8+ years of experience, 18.75 hrs/week at US$999/month, working for you alone — best for ongoing, open-ended design work that doesn't fit a fixed scope. The subscription is an allowance drawn against fixed-scope tasks, not an 'unlimited' request queue; if your work is genuinely open-ended, the part-time Lead plan is the honest fit. It's worth telling these two apart by name: The Dedicated Designer in the catalog (US$240/day) is the fixed-scope version of this idea — book a single day, one at a time, with the same designer each time — while the Lead Web Designer plan (US$999/month) is the recurring commitment, 18.75 hours every week with a lead-level designer who works for you alone.

What's the deal with AI credits?

AI credits apply to the part-time Lead Designer plan, which includes up to US$50/month of AI credits so your designer can generate draft imagery, explore layouts, and move faster. Credits are delivered as API tokens via OpenRouter or as AI tool subscriptions, usage requires your consent, and credits refresh monthly without carrying over. On fixed-price Quick Wins, custom AI-generated imagery is already built into the service where the deliverable calls for it — no separate credit to manage.

Our designers average more than 10 years of professional experience and work across the full front-end spectrum, hand-in-hand with front-end developers so designs ship rather than just get handed off. Typical work includes landing pages, marketing sites, SaaS dashboards, e-commerce pages, responsive fixes, accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA, headless CMS, design systems, and developer handoff. Core tools and stacks include Figma, Tailwind CSS, SvelteKit, Next.js, Nuxt, Astro and WordPress. Who owns the designs?

You do. Every design and every line of front-end code we deliver belongs entirely to you from the moment it is created and paid for, along with full ownership of delivered assets. Every font, stock image and icon is properly licensed, so there are no surprise licensing demands later. Two small exceptions: we may reuse basic, non-specific design elements (generic UI patterns, not your brand), and we retain copyright for any unpaid work.

If you run fixed-scope design work regularly, a subscription rolls your spend into a predictable monthly allowance and cuts the effective rate, drawn down against any services in the catalog. This is an allowance on fixed-scope tasks, not an 'unlimited' request queue. Same experienced staff and delivery clock as one-off bookings. Unused allowance rolls over for up to 3 months, plans run month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.

How do you handle confidentiality and IP?

Every team member signs confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment and is a permanent direct employee with accountability to us — never a freelancer or subcontractor. All work is done from secure, professionally managed company devices, with security training for every designer. You share brand assets, repos and licensed fonts scoped to exactly what a task needs, and we won't use assets you supply for any other client's work. Why can't I find you on public review sites?

We were established in 2003 and have retained clients for up to 19 years, but we don't ask them to write public reviews.
