The Dedicated Designer

One day, per week or per month, where a named designer works exclusively through your design queue — same designer every time.

You get one full day where a named designer is dedicated to your queue: clearing backlogged design requests, doing incremental improvement work, and holding a planning call to line up what is next. It is the same designer each time, so context carries over instead of being re-explained on every ticket. Book it as a recurring weekly or monthly slot. The day covers execution — mockups, component updates, page revisions, asset production — not a full brand strategy or identity overhaul, which is a separate scoped project. This productizes the working relationship you would otherwise need a part-time hire for, without the overhead of employing one. Designers are staff who have delivered client work with us for years, using the same review workflow we apply to every engagement since 2003, so a day of theirs is comparable output to a day of in-house design time.

FAQ

How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is within 40 weekday hours (≈ 3 working days) per booked day. Express delivery — within 24 weekday hours — costs 25% more.
Can I change cadence later?
Yes — move between weekly and monthly, though a designer swap requires notice since continuity is the point of this service.
Does the day cover brand strategy?
No. It covers execution against your existing brand and design direction. A brand refresh or new design system is a separate, larger engagement.
What if the queue runs dry mid-day?
We use the remaining time on the highest-value backlog item, or hold it for your next planning call — we do not bill for idle time.
