Isn't a fixed deadline just a fast response time?

No — those two numbers measure opposite ends of the job. A response-time average tells you when someone first replies. A delivery clock tells you when the work is actually finished. A response time tells you when the clock starts. Our delivery clock tells you when it stops. Every catalog task states its delivery clock in weekday hours before you book. We can commit to it because two shifts cover 16 working hours a day and because we've run each task hundreds of times since 2003. You're buying a finish line, not a faster place in the queue.

What happens if you miss the deadline?

If a one-off task isn't completed by its delivery deadline, the task is free — and that means the whole task, not just the express premium. Our promise has a price, and we're the ones who pay it. Two conditions keep the promise honest, and they're part of the deal: the delivery clock only runs while we have the access, inputs and approvals we need — it pauses while we're waiting on you and restarts when we're unblocked; and a change of scope re-quotes the task and restarts its clock, since it's effectively a new task. "Completed" means the service's published "What's included" is delivered. The guarantee covers one-off catalog tasks. Services billed per month or per day are excluded — there's no single deadline to miss.

What if a task takes longer than expected?

Then it's our problem, not yours. The price is fixed against the deliverable, not the clock our specialist runs. If a task takes longer than we estimated, you pay the price shown — nothing more. We price from hours we've measured across similar jobs since 2003, overruns are absorbed by us, and if the delivered work doesn't match the stated scope we fix it at no extra charge. The only thing that changes the price is you changing the scope.

Every task's delivery clock is counted in weekday business hours, excluding nights and weekends, so a task quoted at 'within 15 weekday hours' means 15 working hours from when we start, not 15 hours after you submit at midnight. Two eight-hour shifts cover 16 working hours every weekday — that's two shifts, not one person working sixteen hours — which is what lets a 12-hour task ship the next day rather than next week. Our team works a morning shift (6am-2pm IST, best for US West Coast, Asia, Australia, New Zealand) or an evening shift (2pm-10pm IST, best for UK, US Eastern, Europe, Africa, Middle East). We generally don't run night shifts (10pm-6am IST), so an overnight rush is best handled with express on the next available shift.

If you run tasks regularly, a subscription rolls your spend into a predictable monthly allowance and cuts the effective rate, drawn down against any services in the catalog. Starter is US$399/month for up to US$600 of services (save 33%), Growth is US$899/month for up to US$1,500 (save 40%), and Scale is US$1,799/month for up to US$3,600 (save 50%). Same experienced staff and delivery clock as one-off bookings. Unused allowance rolls over for up to 3 months, plans run month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
