The FleetDM/osquery Install

FleetDM server installed with osquery agents rolled out across Linux, macOS and Windows endpoints, plus base query packs and a compliance baseline.

We install a FleetDM server and roll out osquery agents across your Linux, macOS and Windows endpoints, set up base query packs, configure a compliance baseline, and wire up MDM integration if you want it. FleetDM is osquery-based endpoint visibility and compliance — a different category from general MDM platforms like Kandji or Intune, and the right fit if what you need is queryable, fleet-wide visibility (which endpoints have what software, what's out of date, what's misconfigured) rather than remote device management. FleetDM itself is free for under 300 hosts, with a paid Premium tier available for larger fleets or advanced features, billed directly to you by FleetDM. The install is delivered by a systems engineer experienced with osquery, following deployment patterns we've refined since 2003 across our own client fleets. This is the one-off setup; ongoing monitoring, query writing and compliance reporting are handled separately through The FleetDM Monitoring Pack once the install is live.

FAQ

How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is within 70 weekday hours (≈ 5 working days). Express delivery — within 42 weekday hours (≈ 3 working days) — costs 25% more.
How is FleetDM different from an MDM platform?
FleetDM is osquery-based visibility and compliance tooling — a different category from device-management platforms like Kandji or Intune. It answers "what's on my fleet and is it compliant," not "let me remotely wipe this laptop."
Does FleetDM cost anything to run?
FleetDM is free for fleets under 300 hosts. A paid Premium tier is available for larger fleets or advanced features, billed directly to you by FleetDM.
What happens after the install?
Ongoing monitoring — compliance reporting, vulnerability tracking, query writing, posture reviews — is a separate monthly service, The FleetDM Monitoring Pack.
