We install a complete mail server stack on Debian, Ubuntu, or Rocky: Postfix as the mail transfer agent, Dovecot for IMAP, Amavis as the content filter, ClamAV for antivirus scanning, OpenDKIM for signing, and SpamAssassin or RSPAMD for anti-spam. DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and TLS are configured, anti-spam settings are tuned, and deliverability is validated by sending test messages to real inbox providers rather than just confirming the service starts. Running your own mail stack is a classic pain point for growing businesses — the software is free and open source, but getting deliverability right (so mail actually lands in the inbox instead of spam) takes tuning most teams don't do often enough to stay current on. Thirty days of post-install support is included, covering deliverability issues that surface once real mail volume starts flowing.

What happens after the install?: Thirty days of post-install support are included, covering deliverability issues that only show up once real mail volume is flowing. Ongoing tuning after that window is quoted separately.
How do you validate deliverability?: By sending test messages to real inbox providers and checking where they land, not just confirming the services are running. Mail that sends without errors but lands in spam is not a working install.
