This onboards a single new user, including their primary device, onto a zero-trust network that's already running, typically installed through The Zero Trust Network Setup. We provision the account on your chosen platform (Tailscale, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Twingate or Headscale), assign the user to the correct ACL group per your existing policy structure, verify SSO where applicable, walk the user through client install on their primary device, give brief training on how the new access pattern works, and run a connectivity test confirming they reach the resources they need. If the same user later needs a second device — a second laptop, a tablet, a dev machine — that's handled separately through The Zero Trust Device Addition, since this service bundles only the user's primary device. Common triggers are a new hire starting, a contractor needing temporary access, or scaling the team after the initial network install. You continue paying the platform's per-user subscription directly; Headscale users pay nothing extra. Bundles across 5, 10, 25 or 50 users are available for onboarding waves.
