This is not a generic chat tool — your team could install a free open-source chat client themselves if that's all they needed. The value is that your organization's actual prompt engineering gets baked into named forms: each form targets one specific task, with a curated prompt template and a deliberately chosen model, so junior staff get a simple form to fill in and your seniors control quality without babysitting every request. A submitted form is queued, dispatched asynchronously to the relevant provider, and the result appears in the user's history rendered for its type — a player for video or audio, a download link for files, formatted text for documents. Role-based access controls which staff can use which forms and models, and per-user or per-team credit limits with spend alerts keep usage inside a budget you set. Standard scope covers 5–10 forms; you pay your own AI usage directly to providers. Additional forms after launch are a separate, cheaper add-on.

FAQ

How fast is delivery?: Standard delivery is within 350 weekday hours (≈ 22 working days). Express delivery — within 210 weekday hours — costs 25% more.
What if we need more than 10 forms?: Standard scope covers 5–10 forms. Adding forms after launch is a separate, cheaper piece of work — see The AI Form — because the form-builder infrastructure is already in place once the Portal exists.
Isn't this just a chat interface?: No. Each form targets one named task with its own prompt template and model choice, and role-based access and spend limits govern who can use what — a generic chat interface has none of that.
Who pays for the AI usage?: You do, directly to the provider under their standard API terms, as pass-through cost. Optional add-ons like SSO integration or knowledge-base search over your own documents per form are quoted separately.
