A standalone, authenticated customer-facing portal built on your own stack, with three features included and a fixed screen count to keep scope contained.

You get an authenticated portal your customers log into, built as a standalone system on your own infrastructure rather than inside any of our platforms. Choose three from a fixed menu — a CRUD tool scoped to one table, a user profile, settings, notifications, or a basic ticket system — built on Laravel with Inertia (your choice of Vue, React or Svelte) or an equivalent stack you specify, backed by Postgres or MySQL, and styled to your brand. Delivered by developers and designers who have built these systems together for years, following a build-and-review workflow refined since 2003. Everything here is stood up from scratch: auth, the base UI, and the feature set — which is why the build is locked to 3–5 named screens. Custom tools beyond the standard feature list, and LLM-based chat, are quoted separately once we know what they involve.

FAQ

How fast is delivery?: Standard delivery is within 375 weekday hours (≈ 24 working days). Express delivery — within 225 weekday hours — costs 25% more.
What counts as one of the three included features?: CRUD for one table, profile, settings, notifications, and a basic ticket system each count as a single feature. The build is locked to 3–5 named screens — this is the classic feature-creep point, so anything beyond that is quoted separately.
Do I need to already use Tandemity?: No. This is a standalone build on your own stack — there is a separate Tandemity-hosted version if you already run your work hub with us and want to build inside it instead.
What stack do you build in?: Laravel + Inertia (Vue, React or Svelte) by default, backed by Postgres or MySQL. If you have a strong preference for a different stack, tell us during scoping.
