Supervised OS updates run per VM inside a maintenance window you define — pre-update snapshot, apt/dnf/zypper execution, post-update verification and a change log.
This is ongoing supervised patching, priced per VM: a pre-update snapshot is taken as a mandatory safety step, updates are executed with apt, dnf, or zypper depending on your distribution, and the result is verified before the ticket closes. You define the maintenance window and cadence — daily or weekly — and updates run inside it rather than on our own schedule. Every run produces a change log entry, and the snapshot means a rollback path exists if an update causes a problem. Bundles are available for 10, 25, 50, or 100 VMs, so the per-VM rate applies whether you're covering a handful of servers or a full fleet. This suits infrastructure where patching is necessary but repetitive, and where you'd rather have it supervised and logged on a schedule than done ad hoc whenever someone remembers.
