The Linux Pilot Program

A managed 30-day Linux pilot for 3–5 of your staff, with unlimited live support and a final technical report — built to give you real data before a full rollout decision.

You get a managed 30-day pilot for 3–5 willing users on Linux desktops — you provide the hardware, or install our Custom Linux ISO beforehand. Across the month we provide unlimited live support within a published scenario library, so both sides know what is in and out of scope before day one. We keep a detailed issue log throughout: every problem raised, what was tried, what worked, and any pattern across users, with weekly written progress reports to your project sponsor. At the end of the 30 days you get a final report listing every issue and how it was resolved. We deliberately do not make the go/no-go call for you — you gather your own user feedback and combine it with our technical report to make your own scaling decision, since you know your people and their tolerance for change far better than we do. This positions the pilot as technical implementation support, not strategic consultancy.

FAQ

How fast is delivery?
Standard delivery is within 175 weekday hours (≈ 11 working days). Express delivery — within 105 weekday hours (≈ 7 working days) — costs 25% more.
Will you tell us whether to go ahead with the migration?
No. You get a technical issue report and the patterns we observed; the go/no-go decision, informed by your own user feedback, stays yours to make.
What if we want to pilot more than 5 users?
The quoted scope covers 3–5 users. Larger groups are scoped as multiple consecutive pilots rather than one expanded pilot.
What comes after a successful pilot?
Most pilots that go well move into The Custom Linux ISO (if not already built), The Linux Endpoint Onboarding per migrating user, and a Linux Help Desk retainer for ongoing support.
