Standard delivery is within 900 weekday hours (≈ 57 working days). Express delivery — within 540 weekday hours (≈ 34 working days) — costs 25% more.

Does the quoted price cover any user count from 10 to 50?

The price reflects our standard package built to your specific user count within that range, following a scoping interview. Requirements outside the standard build — unusual peripheral support, per-department app stacks, bespoke compliance needs — are custom quoted after that interview rather than absorbed into the standard price.

How does the cost compare to commercial VDI?

Windows VDI through Citrix or Azure AVD typically runs $50–100 per user per month. This rollout is built to land closer to $25–50 per user per month on hardware you own, since you are not paying a per-seat SaaS margin.

What if our requirements fall outside your standard package?

We flag it during the scoping interview and quote it separately — this keeps the standard package price honest for the customers it fits.
