Proxmox Backup Server deployed and configured with jobs for every VM, a retention policy, off-site replication, and a tested restore — evidence backups actually work, not just that they run.

We deploy Proxmox Backup Server, either on separate hardware or as a dedicated VM, and configure backup jobs covering every VM on your cluster. A retention policy is set — how many daily, weekly, and monthly restore points are kept — off-site replication is configured to Backblaze B2 or Wasabi so a copy exists outside your own datacenter, and a restore drill is actually performed before handover, so you have evidence a backup can be recovered rather than just confirmation that jobs ran without error. A runbook documents the retention policy, replication target, and restore procedure, built using the same PBS deployment pattern our sysadmins run across other clusters. This is a standalone service: if you installed Proxmox yourself and never got around to backups, or inherited a cluster with none configured, this closes that gap without requiring a broader engagement. Off-site storage costs (Backblaze B2 or Wasabi) are billed directly to you by the provider, separate from this service fee.

Do we need an existing Proxmox install already running?: Yes — this assumes an existing cluster or standalone host. It's designed as a standalone add-on for DIY installs, not bundled with a fresh Proxmox deployment.
